Van Nieuwpoort Groep selected and implemented OrchestratorBot to enable field service employees to enter data through Microsoft Teams instead of JD Edwards. Using Teams resulted in improved data entry with less errors which lead to overall process improvements further in the ERP stream.
Aart-Jan van der Wekken, Program manager Flow, stated: “Using Teams as a way for our field service workforce to easily enter new logistics addresses in JD Edwards and report on shipments proved to be game changer for us as we are preventing duplicates and erroneous entries resulting in less issues further down the ERP stream.”
OrchestratorBot is used in the following cases currently:
- Apps to enter new logistics addresses, create new customers and suppliers.
- Apps to create and update specific EPS items and add item cost, lot & location data.
- Purchase Order Entry and approval of purchase orders.
